We want you to love your Caraa purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that all returned products must include original tags and dust bags to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring all Caraa tags and protective packaging are included.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
